Q: How can I earn commissions?
A: Anytime you direct someone to our site through shared links on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, or your personal site and they make a purchase within 90 days, you'll receive a percentage of the sale.
Q: How do you pay commissions?
A: Once you've accumulated $20 in commissions, we'll send the payment to your PayPal account (currently we only make payments to PayPal).
Q: A visitor made a purchase, why did I not receive a commission?
A: When the purchase occurs, the transaction status must be 'Shipped' and there cannot be a complaint filed for replacement or refund within 30 days. Please allow 30 days to confirm your sales in case of cancelled orders or returned goods. Only when a sale is confirmed will the commission be available.
Q: Why have I received a payment notification, but I haven't received a payment to my PayPal account?
A: All of our payments are made in US dollars, please make sure your PayPal account is set to accept US dollars.
Q: Can I still get commission if I generate a link and shop through it by myself?
A: Your own purchase doesn't count as valid sales in your personal affiliate account.
Q: If I post a d link while my viewer enter this link and end up buying a mobile phone will I still get commission?
A: Yes, as long as the viewer clicked affiliate's promotion link, within 90 days, no matter which page he ends up to buy, affiliates still can get the commissions on the products they sold.
Q: How long will I be able to see my commission in my account after my viewer finish shopping?
A: You can see each commission when the order status has been confirmed.
